No second template tool. **Send it from a workflow.** Add the Send transactional email action to any workflow, on any object. Pick the template, the sender, and the recipient's email address. **Delivered from your domain.** We walk you through the DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records your domain needs, and the app shows each record's status as it verifies. Once they verify, mail goes out from your domain on sending infrastructure that's isolated from every other customer. **Tracked on the contact.** Sends, bounces, and spam complaints land on the contact's timeline. No. You need a HubSpot Professional hub with workflows, which can be Sales, Service, Data, or Marketing Hub. Yes, for messages that are truly transactional, like receipts and account notices. That's the point of transactional email, and it's why every template gets reviewed.
